MultiMuse 2.0.0 — Communities, Listings, and Apps

https://youtu.be/6eAN6WtLF-8

What's new

Home

• Landing page — Visitors to multimuse.app get a new home: muses, partner listings, and communities in one place, with live previews of what is listed. Browse partner listings and Explore communities start from there. Sign in with Discord when you are ready to post or list a server.

• Your home — Signed in, the same address is yours: a welcome for your profiles and listings, fresh partner listings, recently bumped and featured communities, Shuffle a community, and a way into Studio.

Communities

• Server directory — Browse RP servers at multimuse.app/communities. Search, filter by tag, and choose Any rating, SFW, or Mature. Sort by recently bumped, largest roster, or name. Signed in, I’m in shows servers you belong to. Shuffle opens a random published community.

• A page for your guild — Anyone with Manage Server lists it from Servers. Turn on Published in Communities, then set the name, about, invite, tags, and rating. There is no separate claim step. Join Discord sends people to a working invite, and makes a new one if the saved invite is missing or about to expire.

• The page itself — Banner, rating, server tag, roster size, and Join Discord. Owners can rearrange sections: about, apps, announcements, and who’s playing. A linked BackDrop world can show its map and wiki. Related listings from people on the server sit at the bottom.

• Roster — Members see muses that carry this server’s tag and whose owners are still in the Discord. Search it, filter by tag or RP availability, and open a public profile when one exists. Set the tag in /server setup (or Servers). Feed and Matchfinder stay off until that tag is set.

• Stay listed — A published page stays in the directory for 30 days. /bump in the bump channel (Channels in /server setup), Bump on the community page, or a bump from Servers resets the clock. After that the page reads Needs a bump, then it leaves the directory until you publish and bump again. A server can be bumped every 2 hours (every hour when the Discord owner has Plus). Each person can bump every 15 minutes. You get a reminder about a week before it drops, and Bump ready! in the bump channel when the timer is up.

Apps

• Where they live — Staff turn Feed and Matchfinder on from Servers → Apps after the server tag is set. Players open them from the community page, a shared /communities/…/apps/… link, Discord Activities, /feed open, or /matchfinder open. You need to be signed in. Member-only apps also need you in that Discord server. A muse needs a public profile to post, and an NSFW muse cannot post on an SFW community.

• Feed — In-world posts as muses tagged for this community. Pick one look for the app: Timeline, Forum, or Photo Feed. Staff bind named channel feeds; Home can combine them. Reply, react, and Edit your own posts — saving keeps the photos. A feed can be staff-only for new posts and still allow replies. DMs turns a Discord forum into in-character chats, including a narrator for group events. You can report a post; staff handle those under Moderation.

• Matchfinder — Swipe as one of your tagged muses. A mutual like opens a Discord thread and a celebration. Matches lists your threads, likes waiting on you (like back from there), and in-overlay chat. Show my profile publishes a card; edit it any time from the same sheet. Default buttons are Flirt, Feed, and Friend — staff can change intents and which fields are required. /matchfinder unpublish takes a muse off the board. At the end of a deck you can see skipped cards again. You can report a card.

Listings

• Partner directory — Looking for 1:1 or small-group RP? Browse multimuse.app/directory. Search, and filter by tag, listing type (1:1, small group, or either), availability, and SFW or Mature.

• Post a listing — From the directory or Muse Studio. The muse needs a public profile, availability Open for RP or Plot with me!, a hook, what you want, a type, and how people should reach you (Discord DMs, a connection request, a server, or the profile). Listings last 30 days. Renew 30 days shows in the last week, and again if it expires. You are warned before it drops.

• Pitch and inbox — I'm interested pitches one of your muses (public or link-only) with a short note. Inbox has Received and Sent. Withdraw cancels a pitch that is still waiting. Accepting shares Discord usernames both ways; play stays on Discord. Decline notifies the other writer without sharing handles.

• Character profiles — A public muse has a page at /ch/… that travels with the listing, so people can read the character before they pitch. Connection clouds and storylines show there when you have made them public.

Storylines

• Edit on the card — On Storylines, the graph keeps you on the map. Click an event, or right-click Edit event, and a small panel opens on that card: kind, place, title, date, Discord thread, notes, and a thumbnail. Leaving a field saves it. Done closes the panel. Delete removes the event. Add event, or a double-click on the canvas, drops a new card where you clicked.

Tracker

• Dashboard tab — Tracker lists the scenes you are tracking in Discord, grouped by muse. /track add in a thread puts a scene on the board.

• Whose turn — Filter by All, Your turn, In rotation, or Waiting. Sort by longest waiting, newest activity, or muse, and search by muse or scene name. Each row shows round robin or reaction, how many people are in the scene, and when the last post landed. Change the participant count on the row. Open jumps to the Discord thread. Mark replied fixes a turn that is showing wrong. Remove stops tracking that scene for that muse.

MultiMuse Plus

• Optional upgrade — $5 a month or $48 a year (two months free versus paying monthly). Cancel anytime. Subscribe on the Plus page, or on Discord when that option is shown. Plus can take a few minutes to show up on your account. Proxying, cards, Communities, Listings, Feed, and Matchfinder stay available without it.

• For you — Muse limit goes from 1,500 to 10,000. Extra image storage (galleries, Story Line art, and extra card photos) goes from 1 GB to 5 GB. Avatars and banners stay unlimited. Super bump pins one of your listings in the featured strip of matching directory searches for 24 hours. New Communities and Listings upgrades reach Plus first.

• For servers you own — Community bump every hour instead of every two. Members can still press bump. Advanced CSS on Feed and Matchfinder (skins stay free). Extra Feed and Matchfinder boards past the free set.
