MultiMuse has a handy tracker for keeping an eye on your scenes in a particular server or across all your servers so you can easily see where you're writing, where you owe posts, how many people are in a scene, and how long it's been since the last post. (Especially for those of us who can be a little slow to write.)
Getting Started
Adding a scene to your tracker is easy!
Please note: If your server is using Stagehand features to automate opening scenes, your scenes are already being added to your tracker automatically. Generally, if you clicked a button or used the '/scene open' command to create your scene, it's probably already there! Check your tracker before adding if you're unsure.
Open the channel, forum post, or thread you'd like to track and enter '/track add' into the chat line. It should auto-complete with the bot command. Simply start typing in your muse's name, then select the muse to add it.
You only need to use the channel option if you're running this command somewhere other than the scene you want to be tracking.
More commonly, you'll need to select the participants option. The default number is 2, so if it's only you and one other person with your two muses, then you don't need to do anything here! However, if there are multiple characters in the thread, make sure to enter in the number of characters +1 for your muse(s).
Please note: If you are writing multiple characters that usually post at the same time (say, a main character and then NPCs who you post for before it's someone else's turn to write), only count yourself once for all the characters you will post with. The tracker is really just counting the number of times since your last post that other MultiMuse or Tupper posts have been sent. So the participants number should be the number of other peoples' characters +1 for yourself.
